When
you step through a doorway dated 1608 and onto a well worn floor,
you know that you are entering a haven of traditional hospitality.
In the winter you will usually find a roaring fire in the impressive
original inglenook fireplace and in the summer you can relax by
the waterside in the large private gardens.
Lunch
or dinner can be taken in the riverside restaurant with a good
selection of fresh local fayre available all year round and you
can eat outside by the river if the sun is shining! We offer a
fine range of beers, wines and spirits, including an extensive
range of malt whiskies.
